Employee engagement is a critical concern of employers these days. I was glad to speak last Thursday about New Keys to Employee Engagement, at a Lunch & Learn event hosted by iSolved HCM.
The entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to termination, is now supported by HR technology. This means new technology-based keys to engagement. These keys include better communications, better collaboration, better employee self-service, new ways to recognize employee performance and provide feedback, new gamification that helps keep employees focused, and new approaches to employee surveys and training.
