HR Tech Insights is focused on businesses with about 50 to 5,000 employees, including startups.
Small and midsize businesses have different meanings in different contexts. In the HR industry, the market is usually segmented by the number of employees. For example, ADP has solutions for small (1-49 employees), midsized (50-999 employees) and large (1000+ employees) businesses. The market isn't segmented by revenue such as how the accounting industry is usually segmented.
HR Tech Insights works very closely with HR decisionmakers. This can be an HR manager or, as is sometimes the case with startups, a founder or other leader overseeing HR. A startup may have fewer than 50 employees but still seek HR consulting as it decides what to do about HR administration.
